PID provided mechanical and electrical design for containerizing a 2,000 kWe, diesel-fired standby reciprocating engine/generator for use at the City of San Diego's South Bay Water Reclamation Plant. Responsibilities included layout of the genset and all auxiliary equipment inside and on top of a 40 ft. ISO shipping container, P&ID's, electrical single line, wiring diagrams and piping design.
